Great episode. Another bit of advice that I share with my wife is don't get discouraged. You're not going to see results over night. It's easy to let your self go but takes 2-3 times longer to go back

You do build more muscle when creating resistance but at what cost? Dragging tires can easily cause injury and more than likely is affecting your lower back negatively

Good advice, can't jump into a work out routine too quickly. Gotta ramp it up slowly to avoid the injuries, especially as we get older.

Do you guys use the pull a tire kinda deal? I usually try to get a tire normal truck tire. Get a bolt through it and attach it to a rope to my waist and off a go. Maybe im doing it wrong but it has help my legs get stronger!
